Responsibilities
* Manage client service delivery across the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Programme
* Develop care plans aligned with the client's needs and goals in conjunction with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment
* Undertake marketing and collaborate with external allied health providers, medical professionals, and specialist care providers
* Co‐ordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver a best care approach
* Utilise business development skills to drive the growth and utilisation of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Programme
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standards
* Deliver excellent client care for elderly Australians

Qualifications
* AHPRA registered in allied health discipline or RN registration considered
* Experience in aged care with knowledge of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Care Programme
* Frontline management skills
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Current ACT driver's licence, vehicle registration, and access to your own car
* National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise via WorkPro at no cost)
