The Opportunity
The desk is 360 and will have a large emphasis on connecting clients and building relationships. This will include bringing on new business. The desk will primarily cover permanent recruitment, however with the allowance to cover temporary appointments as required by clients. The desk has been active in the business for 10 years.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end (360) recruitment processes across permanent roles (with scope for temp placements)
* Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
* Build and manage a strong network of top‐tier business support candidates
What We're Looking For
* Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within Business Support or closely related field
* If you have experience across Construction, Engineering or Architecture that is a huge advantage
* Strong client engagement and business development skills
* A collaborative mindset and the drive to grow a high‐performing desk
* Someone at a senior consultant or above level
