Business Analyst – Modern Workplace & Process Transformation (Adelaide Based | Contract Opportunity)
We're currently partnering with a large enterprise transformation program to support a range of modern workplace, document management, and business process initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced program environment working closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, map future state workflows, and improve how information and data is managed across the organisation. The role will suit strong enterprise BAs who are comfortable engaging across multiple business units and can confidently translate operational processes into clear documentation, workflows, and practical business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
1. Working with stakeholders to understand and map current business processes
2. Supporting modern workplace and document management initiatives
3. Documenting workflows, use cases, and business requirements
4. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and better information management
5. Supporting data engagement and governance discussions across the business
6. Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
7. Producing high-quality BA artefacts and process documentation
Experience required
8. Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
9. Demonstrated experience across process mapping and workflow documentation
10. Exposure to modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or similar
11. Experience working on document management, information management, or collaboration initiatives
12. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
13. Ability to work autonomously within large transformation programs
Nice to have
14. Experience within government, healthcare, utilities, or other complex regulated environments
15. Exposure to data governance or information management frameworks
16. Experience across enterprise transformation programs
