Job Title: Director of Services
Overview
This leadership role presents an opportunity to lead and oversee crisis, integrated, and statewide domestic and family violence programs. As the Director of Services, you will be responsible for providing trauma-informed oversight and leadership of service development and responses.
Key Responsibilities
* Align service delivery with contractual requirements, organisational goals, strategic direction, and the client practice model
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and promote a culture of excellence
* Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of clients
* Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and other organisations
