Front Counter Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to head up our front of house, dealing with sales enquiries and coordinating work in and out of the workshop.
The successful candidate will have industry experience, good sales skills, and excellent administration and time management skills. PC experience using industry systems and MS Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and issuing quotes for vehicle services, tyres, upgrades, and repairs
* Liaising with the workshop crew to coordinate all work in and out
* Creating customer work orders and invoices
* Taking payments and reconciling daily takings
* Helping to oversee OHS, stock control, and general business administration
Training and ongoing personal development will be provided.
Key Requirements
* Industry experience as a former mechanic or relevant administrative and/or sales background
* Good sales skills and positive attitude
* Excellent administration and time management skills
* PC experience using industry systems and MS Office Suite (preferable)
