An excellent career opportunity has become available in either our Melbourne (Burnley) or Brisbane (South Brisbane) offices, to work as a Product Administraton Support team member for HIA Training Services.

**The Role**
The Product Administration Support team member will provide support to maintain new and existing learning resources (including assessment materials), delivered online and in traditional learning environments.

This role will have a strong focus on administration of Nationally Recognised Training products and Industry specific technical training products focused on requirements for the Construction Industry, which will involve:

- Assist in the management of the quality of training products;
- Assist in maintaining the database for product Continuous Improvement (CI); and
- Communicating updated information with internal and external stakeholders,

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- The ability to work with a number of internal and external stakeholders (pivotal to this role);
- Advanced IT skills including detailed knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, and skills in the use of Graphics and PDF editing software;
- High level written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience using online learning programs;
- Ability to work methodically in a sustained manner to meet objectives;
- Detailed knowledge of online learning systems and processes;
- Vocational Training and Assessment background (ideal);
- Ability to deal with significant changes in priorities; and
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
