Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning:
* Collaborate with the asset manager on strategic budgeting and financial forecasting.
* Ensure a thorough understanding of all lease obligations related to financial transactions.
* Drive optimal revenue growth through sustainable management practices.
* Cost optimization and predictive analysis.
* Strategic capital planning and expenditure management.
2. Property Acquisition and Management:
* Protect property value and identify revenue opportunities.
* Maintain market knowledge and cultivate industry connections.
* Promote long-term tenant relationships through effective communication.
* Negotiate proposals and execute lettings, lease renewals, and rent reviews.
3. Facilities Management:
* Effective business partner management (including facilities, safety & environmental management).
* Ensure property assets align with strategic objectives.
* Monitor business partner performance to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
4. Tenant Liaison:
* Maintain regular communication with tenants.
* Act as key point of contact for lease-related issues and operational matters.
5. Sustainability and Safety:
* Collaborate with facility teams to drive goal-oriented collaboration and development.
* Develop long-term relationships and negotiate successful outcomes in tenant-facing roles.
