Sales Enablement Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and capability across our Transaction Banking Specialists.

* Translate product and sales strategy into clear, actionable initiatives that drive banker productivity and deepen customer conversations.
* Equip frontline teams to act as advocates – confidently articulating transaction banking solutions and how they meet customer needs.
* Identify and close capability gaps using data, feedback, and performance insights.
* Strengthen consistency in solutioning, deal conversion, and cross-sell across the sales force.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist or similar role in sales training, relevant experience in Transaction Banking or a related financial services environment, and demonstrated ability to develop high-quality pitch and proposal documentation tailored to customer needs.
