Yaringa Harbour has an extensive marina and boatyard located in Somerville boasting the very best in premium marine services, skills and equipment.
Their facility currently provides berthing and dry storage to over 600 vessels, launch and retrieval services for trailer boats, haul-out options catering for vessels up to 75 tonne and a number of onsite businesses and future clients.
About the Role…
* Handle reception duties including phones, emails, invoicing, deliveries, client enquires, and other daily tasks.
* Maintain reception area, consumables & stationary etc.
* Handle enquiries & process boat launching/retrievals, boat slipping and boat requests.
* Log boat movements within our Marina Management System.
* Assist with administrative duties - overdue accounts and updating records in our Marina Management System.
About You…
* 1+ yrs. experience with reception/ administration experience ideal but not necessary.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Strong verbal & written communication
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite
* Highly enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
* Available to work possibly a weekend day, with definite opportunity for adjustment in the future.
