Offer description

 Manage all office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely

and professional responses.

 Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment that supports

productivity and a positive workplace culture.

 Oversee calendar management for senior management, coordinating meetings and

client appointments to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.

 Collect, scan, and distribute incoming mail and archive documents to ensure efficient

record-keeping and information flow.

 Act as the first point of contact for employees, Coordinate rostering, shift allocations

and leave, providing day-to-day support and ensuring staff policies, procedures, and

internal communications are kept up to date.

 Maintain accurate records of office supplies and inventory, ensuring all equipment

and resources are well-maintained, fully stocked, and operating efficiently at all

times.

 Collaborate closely with senior management to coordinate the onboarding of new

staff, support ongoing training initiatives, and ensure employees are well informed

of company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.

 Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management and

company policies; coordinate site inductions, toolbox talks and training/admin

records.

 Coordinating recruitment assistance, onboarding, inductions, timesheet and payroll

data entry, and maintaining accurate personnel files

 Implement office procedures and continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline

admin workflows and handover processes.

 Plan, coordinate, and oversee both internal and external events, including staff

functions and client-facing events, ensuring all activities are executed professionally

and align with business objectives.

 Promptly address enquiries and proactively resolve issues as they arise, providing

timely support to staff and clients while maintaining a high standard of service and

professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
