Manage all office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely
and professional responses.
Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment that supports
productivity and a positive workplace culture.
Oversee calendar management for senior management, coordinating meetings and
client appointments to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
Collect, scan, and distribute incoming mail and archive documents to ensure efficient
record-keeping and information flow.
Act as the first point of contact for employees, Coordinate rostering, shift allocations
and leave, providing day-to-day support and ensuring staff policies, procedures, and
internal communications are kept up to date.
Maintain accurate records of office supplies and inventory, ensuring all equipment
and resources are well-maintained, fully stocked, and operating efficiently at all
times.
Collaborate closely with senior management to coordinate the onboarding of new
staff, support ongoing training initiatives, and ensure employees are well informed
of company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management and
company policies; coordinate site inductions, toolbox talks and training/admin
records.
Coordinating recruitment assistance, onboarding, inductions, timesheet and payroll
data entry, and maintaining accurate personnel files
Implement office procedures and continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline
admin workflows and handover processes.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee both internal and external events, including staff
functions and client-facing events, ensuring all activities are executed professionally
and align with business objectives.
Promptly address enquiries and proactively resolve issues as they arise, providing
timely support to staff and clients while maintaining a high standard of service and
professionalism.
