Afternoon Maintenance Supervisor – Leading FMCG Manufacturer
Location: Campbellfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Salary: $55 p/h + super ($***** p/h + super + overtime)
Overtime: Plenty overtime on offer

About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading the onsite maintenance team and ensuring all machinery and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
You'll coordinate breakdown responses, organise preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement across the site.
You will be overseeing 1 electrician and 1 fitter on the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and mentor a team of tradespeople during the afternoon shift
Coordinate breakdown and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime
Ensure all PMs and maintenance tasks are completed on time
Work closely with production to improve reliability, safety, and performance
Maintain accurate maintenance records and shift reports
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site policies
Identify opportunities for improvement across equipment and processes
What You'll Bring
Trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
Supervisory/leading hand experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
