Customer Success Manager – High-Growth AI Scale-Up

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building relationships, driving adoption, and helping enterprise clients unlock real value from cutting-edge technology.
This is a global-facing role supporting a customer base that spans top-tier professional services firms, major corporates, tech scale-ups, manufacturers, retailers, and more.
What You'll Do
* Own and deliver an exceptional customer experience across a sophisticated AI product suite.
* Facilitate a seamless handover from pre-sales to post-sales, working closely with Product Specialists and Sales.
* Lead onboarding, implementation, and rollout programs for customers ranging from mid-market teams to global enterprises with thousands of users.
* Become a product expert and trusted advisor, ensuring strategic adoption and ongoing engagement.
* Build proactive deployment and change-management strategies tailored to each customer's objectives.
* Partner with Sales to identify account growth opportunities through expansion, upsell and cross-sell.
* Act as the voice of the customer internally—sharing insights with Product, Engineering and Technical Operations.
* Hold product demonstrations and run training sessions across varied user groups.
* Analyse customer data to drive engagement and improve customer outcomes.
* Protect and grow the customer base through strong relationship management and high renewal rates.
* Travel domestically and internationally to strengthen customer partnerships.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally in a scientific or analytical discipline).
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning multiple projects at once.
* Exceptional communication skills—clear, confident and customer-centric.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and detail orientation.
* Ability to learn complex software quickly and translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
* Comfortable presenting to a range of audiences, from end-users to senior stakeholders.
