Are you keen to secure an administrative role that offers flexibility and variety working one full day or perhaps 2 half days each week? This part time Administrative Support Officer role working out of our Warrnambool District Mechanical Workshop may give you that opportunity.
Reporting to the District Mechanical Officer, Officer in Charge this position will see you provide critical administration support to the workshop.
Your days will see you undertake a range of administrative functions inclusive of reception duties, word processing, data entry, filing of documents and management of incoming and outgoing mail.
Further, key responsibilities will include:
1. Collating and processing accounts payable and receivable
2. Collating and recording fleet maintenance figures
3. Organising the purchase and delivery of goods and/or services for the workshop
About You:
The person we are looking for will be able to work well in a team and have demonstrated administrative and clerical skills along with experience in managing a filing system.
Ideally you will have high level communication and excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and exposure to financial systems including accounts receivable, payable and stock purchasing are also required skills.
Crucial to your success in this role will be your desire to obtain a varied role within a CFA workshop where you will support the delivery of effective administrative support whilst being part of an organisation that has a meaningful purpose in the community.
