APS6 Recruitment Manager
Non-Ongoing 12 month contract + 15.4% Super:

The agency is a vital member of Australia's national security community, working across the full spectrum of operations required of contemporary signals intelligence and security agencies: intelligence, cyber security, and offensive operations in support of the Australian Government and Australian Defence Force.
About the role:
As an APS6 Recruitment Manager You will have and be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of recruitment processes either from the APS or private sector. Duties for this role are as follows but not limited to;
Coordination of Divisional recruitment requirements
Management of Divisional recruitment plans
Guide and implement business improvements
Develop and coordinate specialist recruitment activities and plans:
Work with key stakeholders to identify workforce requirements
Assist in developing assessment methods that may include examples of interview questions, work samples or online assessments
Facilitate the development of appropriate recruitment selection panels and delegates
Coordination of scribing services and reference checking
Provide targeted strategic recruitment advice including assisting in the development of marketing and/or attraction strategies
Deliver recruitment focused information and training sessions in line with best practice
Coordinate collaboration across Divisions and the wider Agency
Manage escalations/prioritisation or work where required
Continuously build knowledge of the organisation through engagement across the Agency to develop attraction and recruitment solutions
Skills and experience:
High level of interpersonal skills, organising skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
Possess a high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
erecruit experience would be an advantage
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Must be an Australian Citizen, willing to undertake a National Police Clearance and have min Baseline security clearance.
