Academic Position in Equine Medicine
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic to join our Veterinary Sciences team as an Associate Professor in Equine Medicine.
Job Description:
* Lead teaching and assessment in equine internal medicine across tutorials, practicals, and clinical environments
* Drive curriculum innovation and development
* Provide academic leadership and mentorship within the Veterinary Discipline
* Conduct and publish research in equine medicine and veterinary education
* Support student learning and engagement through expert consultation
* Contribute to the development of clinical teaching facilities and strategic initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registrable veterinary degree in Queensland
* Specialist-level qualification in equine medicine (e.g. FANZCVS, Dipl. ACVIM, Dipl. ECVIM)
* Proven excellence in teaching and curriculum leadership
* Strong research track record with peer-reviewed publications
* Collaborative mindset and leadership experience in clinical education
