* About the Opportunity * We are seeking a highly skilled Research Officer to join our team in conducting research on the clinical activity of nurses, physiotherapists, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Health Practitioners working in Australian general practice. The Occasions of Care Explained and ANalysed (OCEAN) tool is an innovative online data collection platform used to collect and analyse clinical activity data from primary health care clinicians. This is a national study that aims to create an important evidence base to assess the contribution of non-medical professionals to the wider general practice team. This research will involve data collection from general practice nurses, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Health Practitioners - the first data collected on clinical activity for these professions in primary care in Australia.
