We're seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our vibrant team culture. This exciting opportunity is in our premium members only Health and Lifestyle Club – Canberra for a Full Time Membership Sales role.
The Role involves providing excellent customer service, responsible for maximizing new membership sales by carrying out all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry stage and continuing contact throughout their membership period. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are utilising their membership fully and retaining them through our premium service offering.
