* About your service: Extend OSHC at St Lukes Catholic Primary School
* Location: Lalor, VIC.
* Position: Casual
* Hourly Rate: $37 to $44 per hour + super (actual wage $43.13 to $51.41 per hour including 15% bonus)
* Role: OSHC Service Coordinator
Working hours: Monday to Friday
* Before School Care: 6:45 AM to 8:45 AM
* After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

* Be the Visionary: Plan and program activities such as science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do.
* Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels like a rockstar.
* Chef it up: Whip up healthy and tasty snacks that keep energy levels high.
* Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on assessment & ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at unit TEG Compass.
* The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
* The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day‐to‐day business of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
* The Qualification: You have or are studying toward a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care – check with us if your qualification is approved.
* The Vibe: You're warm, engaging, and have a "can‐do" attitude.
* The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
