Job Overview

The primary goal of this role is to ensure seamless contract management and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively monitor contract expiration and termination information for assigned accounts.
* Generate contracts, submit them to customers, and manage the process from initiation to completion.
* Engage with clients to address questions, resolve issues, and facilitate a smooth experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality service delivery.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer support, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
