We're working with a well-established, design-led architecture studio in Sydney currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Architect to join their growing team. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone confident leading projects through documentation and delivery, with strong technical ability and a proactive approach on site.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading high end residential projects from design development through to construction
* Producing and overseeing high‐quality documentation in Revit
* Coordinating consultants and managing project delivery
* Acting as the key point of contact during construction, including regular site involvement
What we're looking for
* 5‐10 years' experience in practice (local experience highly regarded)
* Strong proficiency in Revit
* Solid background in construction documentation
* Proven experience in construction phase services / site management
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and consultants
