Senior client manager - insurance solutions

We are seeking a seasoned client manager to lead client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of Duck Creek solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
o Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.
o Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.
* Project Oversight and Delivery:
o Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.
o Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
o Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.
* Business Development:
o Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions.
o Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
o Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.
* Team Collaboration and Leadership:
o Work closely with technical teams, architects, and delivery managers to align project objectives.
o Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.
* Governance and Reporting:
o Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients.
o Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.


Requirements:

* 8-13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Duck Creek solution implementation or account management roles.
* In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
* Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
* Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
* Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
