Our client is a well known large scale commercial builder working across large scale apartment projects up to $250million in value. Due to increased projects and growth they are looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator to the team to work across $100+ apartment project consisting of 120 apartments in the norther suburbs..
As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for all letting of contracts, negotiations and variations, RFI's and providing monthly cost reports. You will report directly to the Director of the business.
Key to this role is that individuals have to be interested in working within a close knit team but still managing complex projects where you will gain considerable exposure to all parts of the commercial process.
Candidates sought who have 10 + years experience working for a commercial builder, experience with Jobpac is desirable. All projects are Cost Plus.
You will ideally have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and or similar and be seeking a role that will provide ongoing career development. The company have a great culture, leading industry hours to create a good balance and will provide lasting security in uncertain times.
