As the Assistant Sous Chef in Garden Kitchen and Bar, you will be given the responsibility of supporting our Chef de Cuisine, Mitch Tucker, to assist with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards.
What are we looking for:
* Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or busy restaurant
* Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7 day roster
* Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
* Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
* Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
