The Role
As a Centre Director, you will provide overall leadership with full responsibility for quality, culture, compliance, and performance. This senior leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Team leadership and development: Recruit, lead, mentor and develop educators and leadership team members, building a strong professional culture based on accountability, growth, collaboration and excellence.
* Operational leadership: Ensure the service meets all regulatory, licensing and compliance requirements, while implementing efficient operational systems and high professional standards.
* Educational leadership: Support and embed high-quality educational practice, strong programming, and consistent pedagogical standards across the service.
* Culture and standards: Build a positive, stable and professional service culture that supports staff wellbeing, performance and retention.
* Community and family engagement: Build strong relationships with families and the local community, positioning the service as a trusted and respected learning environment.
You will be supported by experienced operational leadership and shared service teams, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality, and service excellence.

About You
We are seeking a values-driven, confident Centre Director who demonstrates:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Centre Director or senior leadership role
* Strong understanding of compliance, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
* Calm, structured and professional leadership style
* Strong organisational and operational capability
