The successful applicant will be responsible for providing regular updates to customers and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Take ownership of insurance jobs from commencement to completionMonitor quality audit reports & ensure items are actioned accordinglyEngage, coordinate & manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable eventsCommunicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobsLiaise between clients & insurance companiesCoordinate access to properties with insured partiesAttend & contribute to meetingsComplete monthly budget reporting on all projectsDispute / issue resolution, as requiredEnsure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & relevant documentation is signed offEnsure purchase order processes are followedReview monthly job cost reportsEnsure all company OH&S policies are followed at all timesKey Selection Criteria: Strong background in construction or supervising construction projectsRelevant building trade qualification, preferably in carpentryQBCC license or Cert IV in Building & ConstructionExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong computer skillsRelationship building skillsAbility to delegate and manage multiple projects and completing prioritiesAbility to be empathetic to the needs of the clients and customersGood work ethic and positive attitudeUnderstanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations and current market rates/tradesCurrent motor vehicle licenseWe are a company of integrity and diversity.
