Job Description
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Sydney team. You'll work with major retail and commerce brands, delivering innovative campaigns that drive real results.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for client accounts, managing day‐to‐day communications and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns. You'll collaborate with senior team members to plan and execute activations end‐to‐end, while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
* Interpret client briefs, support proposal development including timelines, cost scoping, and creative input.
* Manage campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations within agreed budgets.
* Lead client communications, including WIP meetings and reporting.
* Prepare accurate studio briefs and proof creative outputs for quality and compliance.
* Oversee campaign reporting with data analysts, craft insights and present results.
* Manage budgets and supplier quotes, ensuring financial accuracy and margin delivery.
* Support senior team members with large‐scale estimates and independently create smaller estimates.
The person we are looking for has/is
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or advertising agency, ideally across shopper, experiential, eCommerce or media.
* Strong project management skills with a proactive, solutions‐focused approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building client relationships.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Detail‐oriented with strong decision‐making and problem‐solving capabilities.
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
