We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solid Plasterer to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: Interpreting construction project requirements and coordinating plastering activities in line with Link-Force client specifications across residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Accurately measuring, marking, cutting, and installing plasterboard systems while ensuring efficient use of materials and compliance with project timelines. Installing and securing corner protection systems and finishing trims to achieve high-quality surface detailing consistent with standards expected by Link-Force construction clients. Fitting and finishing prefabricated decorative plaster elements such as cornices and mouldings in accordance with client design expectations and site quality benchmarks. Applying joint compounds to seams, fixings, and surface defects, then finishing by sanding and refining surfaces to meet the presentation standards required by project stakeholders. Preparing and applying plaster, render, and cement-based coatings using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring consistent finishes aligned with contracted construction requirements. Ensuring all wall and ceiling surfaces are accurately aligned, levelled, and corrected where necessary to meet structural and aesthetic standards across assigned projects. Executing decorative finishing techniques on plastered surfaces where specified, delivering textures and effects that meet architectural and client-driven design briefs. Installing fire-rated, acoustic, and insulation plastering systems in accordance with site safety standards and the technical requirements of Link-Force construction clients. Working collaboratively within teams, following project schedules and quality expectations to deliver reliable, high-standard plastering outcomes for client construction projects. Qualifications and Requirement: Relevant qualification. At least 2-3 years' previous experiences in similar role. Strong knowledge of plastering systems, materials, and application techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and site plans accurately.
