F&B Supervisor
Salary range: 66,000 – 85,000 AUD (full‑time) or casual $35.47 per hour.
Location: Lasseters Hotel Casino, Alice Springs, NT.
We are looking for a dedicated F&B Supervisor to lead our hospitality team, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and a positive work environment. You will manage both bar and breakfast operations and support a team committed to delivering quality service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient, and cordial attention to all guest needs.
* Maintain clear communication throughout the department and provide leadership during shifts.
* Assume responsibility for F&B outlets in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
* Respond efficiently to customer complaints and enquiries, initiating corrective action and reporting incidents to management.
* Exceed customer expectations by providing prompt and courteous service, processing orders accurately and attending to guests' needs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, drive initiatives, and expand service boundaries – always looking for the next step.
* Oversee opening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth operations 30‑40 hours per week between 12:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
Qualifications
* Previous F&B supervisory experience.
* Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Live in or willing to relocate for the Alice Springs area.
