About the role
Clarence Community & Allied Health have an exciting career opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team as a Diabetes Educator. This role is responsible for the provision of safe, efficient and effective health interventions related to diabetes education and management within the community and hospital inpatient settings and to be a clinical resource person to the community and other health professionals in the area of diabetes.
