Forklift Operator – 6am-2pm M-F (Oxley, QLD)
About The Role
The Forklift Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at our PGH Bricks site in Oxley, QLD .
* Reporting to the Manager
Responsibilities
* Actively support and promote a safety‑first culture, aiming for a zero‑harm workplace where everyone looks out for each other – the Never Walk Past principle.
* Operate a forklift in the brick factory.
* Support and use the WHS&E system, workplace assessments, yard delivery performance, and quality control of the product leaving the yard through performance measurements.
* Be responsible for safe and efficient operation of machinery, accurate and timely loading of company and customer trucks.
* Maintain housekeeping around the yard.
What You Bring To The Role
* A strong commitment to workplace safety and wellbeing.

* Attention to detail, especially when it comes to safety, quality, and process accuracy.
* Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high‑volume, multiple stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment.
* Forklift licence essential.
* Strong understanding of production operations.
