High-Speed Filling Specialist
About the Role
The High-Speed Filling Specialist is a critical position within our operations, responsible for setting up, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting high-speed filling lines to achieve optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through best-practice setups and quick changeovers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Setting up and optimising high-speed filling/packaging lines to meet production plans.
* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues promptly, expediting when necessary and logging work in our maintenance management system.
* Performing autonomous maintenance and targeted repairs to stabilise line performance between planned services.
* Ensuring line standards, quality checks, and good manufacturing practice (GMP) documentation are maintained throughout each production run.
* Coaching and upskilling Line Setters/Operators to enhance their skills and contribute to a more efficient and capable team.
