Job Title: Integration Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Integration Manager. In this role, you will oversee the overall supply chain capabilities necessary to ensure a successful and seamless operation of end-to-end supply chain procedures.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our integration efforts and ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems, and technologies. As an Integration Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using industry-standard technologies.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals, defining and continuously updating the architecture to support evolving business objectives, and monitoring and minimizing technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutions.
You will also build strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team and across the broader business, plan and analyze capabilities to ensure the development and delivery of cost-effective, supportable products, provide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirements, and identify opportunities to improve the supporting infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings, and safety.
Additionally, you will offer engineering support for distribution center operations, including inventory control, facility layout, flow optimization, and data analysis, use logistics modeling tools to design efficient warehouse, transportation, and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operations, participate in the implementation and integration of decision-support systems at logistics sites, and provide logistical technology support to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a leader within a DC environment with a support/operations background, strong Lean or Continuous Improvement background, exposure to systems such as WMS, ERP, and/or core platform, high analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment, and strong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environment.
They will also have demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systems, proven change and project management skills, experience in DC diligence, with experience conducting projects desirable, Supply Chain tertiary qualifications highly desired, and 5 years' of experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain role.
