**The Opportunity**
The Technical Publications Administrator / CRM Coordinators role is to coordinate the assembly and creation of the Maintenance Manuals required for each truck handed over by the production facility. This is a Fixed Term - 12 month contract.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Collation of hard copy technical information for Maintenance Manuals (MM).
- Assembly of boxes & satchels for MM
- Ordering of supplies from vendors for MM creation.
- Ordering of base materials for MM box assembly requirements.
- Information transfer from system onto a USB drive (required in MM pack).
- Coordinate the data entry of the customer information into the Kenworth CRM system.
- Checking CRM data for completeness and accuracy before transferring to CRM database.
- Liaise with dealers to confirm correctness of Customer details in ROADS system.
- Assist with information sharing with other staff members regarding CRM database.
