Finance Operations Specialist

* Job Description:
* This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and ongoing operation of core financial systems and services that support Group-wide operations. Key responsibilities include:
*
o ERP Platform Management: Ensuring the stability, performance, and alignment with business needs of the Group-wide ERP platform.
o Application Stewardship: Managing various applications on behalf of Group Procurement and Group Property, ensuring they meet operational and strategic requirements.
o Reporting Support: Providing system and operational support to the Group Costing & Profitability Reporting teams.
o Finance Operations Services: Delivering finance operations, payroll-related reconciliations, and interface control services for multiple Business Units across the Bank.
* * Required Skills and Qualifications:
*
o Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or anomalies.
o Familiarity with Excel and data tools; exposure to SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
o Clear written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders across finance and technology teams.
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
o Willingness to learn new systems and processes, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
