We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality services to our clients.
About the Role
* This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy services in a clinic setting.
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, working closely with clients and their families to achieve goals and improve independence.
* Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including Allied Health Assistants, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Support Coordinators is essential for providing comprehensive care.
* A key aspect of this role is conducting thorough assessments, writing detailed reports, and prescribing assistive equipment as needed.
* In addition, you will provide education and support to clients, families, and carers to empower them to maximize participation and independence.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
* Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for community-based services.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
