Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing files from start to finish, communicating with clients, banks, and agents, preparing and checking documents, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Manage conveyancing files ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* Communicate effectively with clients, banks, and agents to resolve queries and issues.
* Prepare and check documents including PEXA to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Perform administrative tasks such as emailing, filing, and updating records.
* Provide exceptional customer service responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
