Titan Garages & Sheds is a leading supplier and manufacturer of a large range of domestic and light industrial steel buildings. Specialising in make to order designs we have a vacancy for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Factory Supervisor based our at Head Office in Brisbane's Southside to oversee our Roller Door Department.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Roller Door production experience is highly desirable, but we will consider applicants with strong skills from general manufacturing environments.
Reporting to Management you will be responsible for coordinating daily workflows, supporting production staff and ensuring each door meets quality and safety standards.
You'll oversee the assembly processes, monitor output, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Supervise day-to-day operations of a team of 9
* Allocate tasks, set daily goals and ensure staff are working efficiently
* Support team members with training, guidance and hands on problem solving
* Monitoring inventory levels
* Conducting final quality checks and maintaining a clean factory
* Ensure compliance with safety and ensure safe work practices are consistently followed
Skills and Experience
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
* Fork lift licence essential
* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
