Join a collaborative and welcoming School community, working closely with university leaders, staff, and students. As Executive Assistant to the Head of School and School Manager, you'll be the central point of support for the leadership team and play a key role in the smooth running of the School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences.

* Base salary will be in the range $82,133.76 - $91,295.50 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5)
* Based at our St Lucia location
This is a varied role that will see you
* Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and correspondence for senior leaders.
* Coordinating and supporting committees, events, and staff-related processes.
* Drafting and preparing documents, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
* Supporting teaching commitments and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Providing reliable financial administration, including credit card reconciliations.
No two days are the same. You'll be trusted to manage priorities, build strong relationships, and provide proactive, high-quality support.

About You
We're looking for an organised, adaptable, and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting others to succeed. Ideally, you'll have:
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in providing high-level administrative support.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including discretion in handling sensitive matters.
* Experience managing diaries, correspondence, and stakeholder relationships in a complex environment.
* Experience servicing committees or a demonstrable aptitude to acquire this skill.
* A commitment to customer service and building positive workplace relationships.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia.
