Proven experience in account management, ideally in commercial or similar industries. Background as a franchise area manager is a plus. Confident in business development conversations and autonomous planning. Demonstrated experience in coaching, effective customer relationship management skills, and the ability to build strong rapport. Computer and technology-savvy with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, and Salesforce – all of which will be highly advantageous.
