About the Role:
We are seeking a professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM team. This role is crucial in championing engagement marketing strategies that elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in shaping and managing customer lifecycle initiatives
* Help develop campaigns and other initiatives that drive customer loyalty, engagement and incremental sales
* Deliver strategic initiatives to support business and commercial partners
* Analyse key marketing performance reports and provide recommendations
* Assist in building and managing CRM content using Braze, including email campaigns, push notifications, and app notifications
* Assist in optimising key CRM campaigns and strategies
* Support the development of website and app content
* Work closely with the CRM team to optimise campaign performance
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all channels
Requirements:
* A passion for retail
* 3-4 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
* Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
* Experience with CRM platforms preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
