**Responsibilities**
As the Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in the day to day operational aspects of the store including but not limited to the below
- Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
- Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store
- Support and drive the team to exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Assist with the training, development and succession of a high performing sales team
- Act responsibly in compliance with store's operational standards

**Requirements and experience**
- A min of 12 months Retail Management or leadership experience within a consultative sales environment
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Have strong communications and relationship building skills
- Be fair, honest, positive and creative in all your interactions with your customers and team
- Strong stock logistic skills
- Possess sound visual merchandising skills
- Have passionate and vibrant personality
