About This Role
* Act as the primary contact for export customers.
* Coordinate the end‑to‑end export process, including order entry, invoicing, and export documentation.
* Ensure compliance with customs and quarantine regulations and documentation requirements.
* Liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
* Troubleshoot export‑related issues and implement effective solutions.
* Process and manage customer complaints promptly and professionally.
* Complete sample requests in compliance with international customs and quarantine requirements.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an export/shipping environment, ideally within the FMCG sector.
* Degree in Commerce, International Trade or a related field.
* Full Australian working rights – this role is not open to WHV or sponsorship.
* Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and BSM desirable.
* Strong understanding of supply chain and operations.
* Proven experience with export documentation, especially Letters of Credit.
* Ability to work successfully across global markets.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Negotiation and influencing skills, with cultural intelligence and adaptability.
* Passion for delivering positive customer outcomes.
