About the Role:
Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.
Available Departments & Responsibilities:
Bar & Gaming Attendant
* Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.
* Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
* Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.
* Adhere to Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
Bistro Attendant
* Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently.
* Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
* Provide friendly and prompt customer service.
Promotions & Bingo
* Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.
* Call bingo games and engage with patrons.
* Encourage member participation in promotions.
* Support the marketing team with promotional activities.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
* Barista skills are an advantage.
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
* A responsible and reliable approach to work.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Current RSA and RCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
* Full, unrestricted driver's license for courtesy bus applicants.
