We are now seeking a Locum Small Animal Surgery Specialist to join our high-performing surgery service on a flexible, short-term or medium-term basis.
As a Locum Surgery Specialist, you will:
* Manage and perform advanced surgical procedures, including orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery
* Work alongside our surgery specialists, surgery interns, and ECC teams
* Support case discussions, inpatient care, and collaborative clinical planning
* Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment with open communication
* Optionally participate in mentoring or teaching depending on your availability

Requirements
* Board-certified Small Animal Surgery Specialist (ACVS/ECVS), ANZCVS Fellow, or residency-trained surgeon
* Eligible for veterinary registration with the AVBC (limited registration considered)
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to team-based care
