Job Description:
You will provide practical support in areas like self-care, budgeting, and accessing health services, while also assisting participants with housing and building social connections. You'll work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate peer-led learning programs and work alongside families and participants.
* Provide practical support in areas like self-care, budgeting, and accessing health services.
* Assist participants with housing and building social connections.
Requirements:
* Lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery.
* A contemporary understanding of mental health issues and recovery-oriented mental health practice.
* Completion of a Certificate 4 in Mental Health or equivalent practical experience working in a lived experience role.
