WA Health Group are a group of multi-disciplinary allied health practices located in Canning Vale and Murdoch, and Burswood Health Professionals located in Burswood.
We are seeking a Senior Business Support Team Member to join our practices. The successful applicant will be client focused and responsible for client communication and bookings, sales, billing and receipting. You will enjoy the client facing aspects of this role, work closely with clinicians at our practices to promote our team members and services within the local community.
At WA Health Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinic's administrative processes. Working closely with our clinical team, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage front desk duties such as answering phones, greeting patients, booking appointments
* Handling patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Process billing transactions accurately
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
* Assist with inventory management
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good time management skills
* Proficient in G-Suite
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
As the Senior Business Support Team member you will be required to:
* Assist the clinic manager with rostering requirements and training of team members
* Review, improve and create business support team system to optimise our services to clients
* Assist the sales and marketing manager with completing monthly promotion campaigns to attract new and existing clients to our group
* Provide input into budgeting for the business support team
