Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with shoppers and providing product recommendations.
* Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring displays, stock, and merchandise are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
* Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and conduct daily operational tasks.
* Promote Repco team member pricing and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
* Adhere to safety policies, following all relevant guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications & Expectations
Enthusiastic, safety‑focused, and motivated. Previous industry knowledge not required.
