Senior Remarketing Manager
The Senior Remarketing Manager oversees the remarketing and transport teams, responsible for the efficient sale of salvage vehicles, motorcycles, and industrial items located at facilities across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop market-leading remarketing strategies to enhance customer experience and grow the buyer base.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers.
* Improve processes and efficiencies within the team, setting KPIs for remarketing team leaders to ensure that sites and regional partner facilities meet commitments.
* Manage asset referral processes to ensure timely post-sale actions, completing transactions efficiently.
* Lead and manage the team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, inclusion, and excellence, while supporting team development through mentoring and regular performance reviews.
Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal and consultation skills with an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical skills to study and interpret complex information and activities.
* Project management skills with experience in handling competing priorities.
* Experience providing support and managing teams across multiple sites.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and time management skills.
* Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
