**The Role**:
This role has been created to offer an exceptional experience to the residents of luxury residential buildings. Working onsite at an inner Brisbane location, the Resident Services Manager will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to residents as well as collaborating with onsite Caretakers to bring our client's vision of world-class living to reality.
Customer Experience:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all residents, serving as the central point of contact for queries and feedback and providing local area event and supplier recommendations.
- Collaborating with the Senior Client Experience Executive to deliver property management services with a focus on timely resident communication and maintaining apartments to a high standard.
- Sourcing and managing exclusive partnerships with local businesses to provide residents with bespoke experiences and offers.
Event Planning:
- Organising on-site social events for residents to meet and develop friendships with their neighbours.
- Assist residents with the booking and management of on-site amenities.
Building Maintenance:
- Assisting the onsite Caretaking team to maintain the building and amenities to the highest standard and monitor the adherence to Body Corporate by-laws.
- Providing proactive communication to residents around scheduled building maintenance and general works.
**About You**:
- Experience working in hotels in either a Receptionist or Concierge role is advantegous
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to provide a consultative approach and problem-solve matters to a high level.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with property management software.
