About the role

Our client Samsung Electronics is a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry and is looking for a B2B Sales Analyst to join their team This role manages the business‑to‑business customer relationship management system to ensure accurate data, clean sales pipelines and reliable reporting, while supporting sales operations, pricing processes and key account managers. It also contributes to forecasting, marketing effectiveness tracking and overall operational efficiency.


Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage updates to products, customers, and sales opportunities in the customer relationship system.
* Oversee pricing requests and coordinate with product and sales teams.
* Maintain business opportunity data quality, reporting, and training.
* Support key account managers during absences.
* Assist with marketing return‑on‑investment tracking.
* Produce sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
* Organise weekly sales meetings and support audit requirements.
* Assist with customer account mapping and general operations.


About YOU

* Relevant, applicable qualifications and experience.
* Strong experience with customer relationship management systems.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Ability to create structured and impactful presentations.
* Strong organisation, planning and execution.
* Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments.
